Such a sweet journey! Really liked the simple narrative between Zene and the main character. The pixel art was really nice for the scenery and really made it feel like a rocky planet! Would love to see a version of this game where you and Zene can go on space adventures lol
The scenery was absolutely the best part for me. The color palette conveyed well that this was a hot, dry planet from the beginning. All of the backgrounds really made it feel like this was a fleshed out part of a world with sense to it. The player character had a nice personality to him, too. I'm glad he got a friend in the end.
You did an amazing job of making the spaceship and alien planet environment feel vastly different. The colors used for the planet definitely convey a dry rocky area. The mountain and city landscape look fantastic too! Having some conditional dialogue and maybe alternating the colors would make it a little easier to read, but overall the retro sci-fi atmosphere is great!
I love the puzzle and adventure aspect the use of the ship as a sort of hub world is cool. i also like the planet traveling and that you can make different friends. i also like the photo taking as almost a side quest
Very interesting idea and nice built areas. A planet photographer is a neat concept. The game fell a little short, couldn't find the end/was stuck? I couldn't help the guy with the speeder and nothing happened with the maze. A little misleading but still very well put together. Made me want to explore more.

That was so cool! The worldbuilding was super nice and clean and conveyed exactly what you meant it to :)
